Headed by Elizabeth Bowskill, our team has over 30 years’ experience in assisting families toward a positive outcome endorsed by accreditation from the Law Society’s Family Law Panel (upper tier) and a Specialist Quality Mark from the Legal Services Commission.  As members of Resolution, we encourage people to find their own appropriate solutions and avoid the concept of contestants who will either win or lose.

We can also offer alternatives to the conventional methods of resolving disputes by mediation or the collaborative process to enable parties to resolve their difficulties without resort to formal court proceedings.  

For those cases where negotiation breaks down, where the only option is to proceed to court, we have the necessary expertise in litigation to provide reliable, professional representation throughout the proceedings.

Our team acts for both privately-funded individuals as well as being accredited by the Legal Services Commission for the quality of its work on behalf of publicly-funded (legally-aided) cases.
