How We Work
We will take initial details from you by telephone or you can complete the online instruction form and email this to us. If we think we can help, we will arrange an appointment for you to meet one of our team at the office. Our offices are fully accessible but if you are unable to come in to see us, we can arrange a home visit. We offer a free initial interview to new clients.
Once we have received information about your case, we will decide which member of our specialist team is best suited to deal with it for you. We will allocate your case to the solicitor with the most appropriate experience.
When giving you our preliminary advice, we shall also advise you on how best to fund your claim. Once funding is in place, we shall investigate your case in detail. This investigation will involve obtaining and considering your medical records. We have support from a team of nurses who can review your medical records for us and arrange them into an indexed bundle. Once this has been done we may need to consult you further.
When we have all the medical records and have fully understood the issues in your case, we shall take advice from an independent medical expert on the standard of care that you have received and on the harm that has been caused. We have contacts with medical experts in all disciplines and will obtain for you an objective expert opinion on the medical treatment you have received, which will enable us to advise you in detail on the prospects of success.
