Motoring Offences
There are some serious motoring offences where Criminal Legal Aid is available (Death by Dangerous Driving and Dangerous Driving) subject to your income. However most motoring offences will not be considered serious enough for Criminal Legal Aid simply due to the fact that there is no risk of receiving a custodial sentence for the offence. If that is the case we will assess the case with you and agree a fee before carrying out any work so you are aware of how much it will cost you from the outset.
